I've been ordering from TBS for a bit over one year now. Candy always helps me with my orders. She's always friendly and a pleasure to work with. She is always happy to do my orders for me. Whenever I have a question about any item or the order, she is always fast at responding, informative, and polite. I always get pictures of my items as soon as they are all in stock, and if there is a problem with one of my items she handles it very well for me! My items are also always packaged carefully and secure for me, which I really appreciate! ordering from TBS and working with Candy is always a pleasant experience! always 10/10 service! |

I want to thank Nancy. It's the second time I ordered through her. She replied almost right away, it never took longer then a day for her to answer. She was very patient with me and always gave answers to my questions. My last order was a Lolita winter coat and I received it in less then a week! It was so fast and there even was a cute note from Nancy in it. Thank you so much for all the help Nancy, I will surely order through you again! |

I've used TaobaoSpree as a shopping service for more than two years, and their service has always been excellent. Doris has been a great help with all my orders, and she has not only always been prompt, polite and friendly, she has also gone out of her way to answer my queries on weekends, and has enclosed little extras in my packages (such as phone-charms) as well as hand-written "thank you" notes, which is so touching! So yes, thank you Doris and everyone at TaobaoSpree for helping me to acquire so many lovely lolita items over the years. <3 |

Ah, I'm so late for this in doing this, I got busy almost immediately after ordering XD. Anyway, Doris was a lot of help with my first order, being patient and answering my annoying questions quickly. I'm normally really anxious about talking to, even mailing, people and Doris was nice enough not to make me feel so alienated. ordering and communication was quick and easy, and everything came in quickly and in good condition. I'm actually getting ready to make another order! |
