I'm a person who acquires item overseas from time to time. I have required twice items that were, either only available at Taobao or were cheaper there. For those two necessities I have contacted Taobao Spree. Both times my agent was Cici. And I must say the treatment was so professional that I'm planning into buying new items with them. I would surely recommend the site as it's always a pleasure to work with Cici. |

I ordered with Ms. Zeng and everything was perfect! She answered all of my emails in a very timely manner, she was patient will all my questions and concerns, and took pictures for me upon request. This was my very first Taobao order, so I was very nervous and was new to how this worked. I got my items very quickly and everything looked perfect, just as described. THANK YOU <3 |

Hi! I usually love taobao spree but when I enter a group order with my friend Irene and we used Ms. Zheng's service I was really disappointed in what I got. I ordered from Lucille store a light pink/orange wig but instead what I received was a bright neon orange wig that was from a different store and I didn't notice it was wrong unless I received it. I'm just sad that I paid money for a wrong thing. |

I honestly though it was a wrong wig because I brought from them before and I had a different tag.

Hi, Merry so sorry for the trouble but I think there must be some misunderstanding
1. we never change client's link and we bought what you gave us and we have the bought history in taobao if you want we can show you anytime.
2. we took pictures for you (3-5 pcs and few pictures of a full whole orders) before sending out the package that's the most important way to let you know what you would got and if there is any problem you can tell us in advance but you didn't point out
3. I guess that's because the color different display on the screen?
4. We have sent email to you and your friend to see what was wrong and if it's our problem we will surely take the responsibily you should no worry! refund or exchange are surly no problem!
again, so sorry for all the trouble cause you but we are sure to give you a happy answere!
