It's my fourth time ordering with TaobaoSpree, and so far this is the biggest order I have. My agent is Nancy, and she is so patient with me and keep me up with updates. She was my agent in my first order too (Nov.2011), and it's always a pleasure to work with her. My current order is still on the shipping process, but so far the service have been great and it's always a pleasure to use TaobaoSpree as my agent. Thank you, TBS! ^^ |

This was my 1st time ordering through TBS so I was nervous, but it was a great experience! Candy was my agent, and she was wonderful and friendly! She quickly replied to emails and was very helpful. This is my 1st time buying from TAOBAO & using TAOBAOSPREE. Ms. Zeng was my purchasing agent, she was fast and very efficient, be it emails, purchasing my orders and shipments. I was suprised that my orders took only 2 days to arrive, and everything is in order and good conditions. Recommended TAOBAOSPREE to friends and people who wish to buy from TAOBAO. First time ordering anything from Taobao, and Candy helped me through everything. ^ ^ She was very patient, since it took me a while to figure out my sizing and everything, and quick to reply. She usually replied to my emails within 24 hours. (She even posted pictures of my order! :D ) My package arrived in a week, and everything was in good condition! Really look forward to ordering from here some time in the future! |

I've ordered many times from TBS using Candy's service as an agent :) It has been a pleasure to be able to work with TBS as the service is fantastic-- the parcels are packed very nicely, the pictures of the items that TBS takes are always very accurate, the payment process is very smooth and easy, and Candy has always been very helpful and patient with me! It was my first time ever ordering something via a taobao shopping service. I chose Taobaospree because I read a lot of positive feedback and what can I say... I'm completely satisfied! Unluckily, some items I ordered were out of stock, but I got fully refundet and the other item was sent to me quickly and in a very good package (I've never seen such gorgeous bubble wrap before, honestly! xD) The staff was really nice and helpful and answered my questions really quick, so if someone asks me about ordering from Taobao I will definetely link them to this shopping service!^^ |

I first started using Taobaospree about a year ago, and Candy was my agent. I was surprised about how friendly she was, and how quickly she responded to messages! She informed me of possible problems with my order in an extremely short time, and was prompt to pack and send out my package (which was packed very well!) Since then, I have emailed Candy directly whenever I have a new order, and her wonderful service has continued over the year. :) Thank you so much, Candy! |
