I have been using Taobaospree for almost 2 years, their service is really good, esp Cici. Her command of English is not bad and she always send out my items fast after payment is received. Items will be packed nicely and neatly. Sometimes when final amount is lesser, they will refund you asap, which is nice. Cici replies email fast, sometimes on weekend too. I have recommended friends to order from Taobaospree too;) I am not sure if there are other cheaper agents to order from but with TBS they will provide reliable service! |

Hello! I've ordered from Taobaospree with Cici twice already, both of which were huge orders with 200+ items and she was very patient and had great communication (even on the weekends/holidays!) every time! Cici is the best, thank you so much :) Sorry for making you sort through so many items! >_ < I'm truly very grateful! I'm in the middle of my third large order and will leave more feedback for the lovely Cici when I receive the items. :) <3 |

All my stuff arrived a few days ago and I'm more than happy with the quality and the great communication between me and Cici! Also because it arrived very very quickly and without any problems, I was really surprised! I will definitely use this service again (pretty soon I guess hehe (>v<)) Thanks for everything-! |

It was my first experience with Taobaospree, and it was great! Thank you Mr. Zeng for taking care of my order. Communication was good. We always replied me back with a day. :) Every order was correct. Also, my order had a couple of fragile items, and they securely packed them as I asked. Nothing was damaged during shipping! Thanks, I'll come back again. :) |
