It was my first time ordering items through Taobaospree and i gotta say it was a great experience. Candy was assigned as my agent and she has been a tremendous help including providing fast replies to my emails, answering all the questions i had abt the item prices and delivery as well as graciously helping me change my orders several times. Thank you so much for your assistance Candy. I received my items in the post today. Will definitely order again soon! |

There is nothing to nitpick over because the customer service was superb. Cici was very prompt in replying my emails. She even replied me over the weekends even though she was not required to. Not only did she reply my emails promptly, she was quick in verifying payment and making order. Last but not least, all items were labelled and placed orderly in the box. Thank you Cici. I will definitely patronize TBS again. |

I am so happy I used this service. I ordered late August and got my package yesterday. I suggest to everyone now to use taobaospree if you want to use an agent service for taobao with agents that will reply to every question, and listen and help you with your concern. I will totally keep going to Taobaospree from now on if I want to make any wig or lolita orders. |

I have been ordering from Taobaospree for multiple times in 2 and half years and the service is Very GOOD!! Specially Doris for being so accommodating and replies to my e-mails even on weekends! she replies very fast and very friendly! and all my items are delivered to me without any issues and in good condition!!
