I ordered two petticoats from Classical Puppets. The people at Taobaospree were very friendly, easy to communicate with, and even let me have one of the petticoats be custom size! I've shopped with Taobao Spree for awhile now, and I've been helped by many staff members. Cici was the one to help me with my recent purchase and of course, they all do such an awesome job to keep you happy! I love love Taobao Spree! I wouldn't go to any where else! |

Service was very clean and clear. My agent was Miss Cici, she was very polite and very patient, me being a new customer and all. The package was fairly cheap and arrived in about 10 days. It was wrapped up very neatly, and the product was in very good shape. I'm very satisfied, and I'm certain I will order from TBS again. Keep up the great work! |

Thanks Cici for the great service, everything was perfect! Postage with DHL was superfast (3 days only). Only unexpected thing: the expensive duties, of course not TBS fault at all. Just for italian buyers info: for a package valued USD 40 I paid EURO 31.5 duties. They assumed it was higher value (USD 88). Not sure had anything to do with the GIFT declaration, anyway I prefer to pay higher duty fees with DHL than wait ages at the awful L.P. duty office with EMS. |

This was my very first time ever shopping on Taobao and my first time using TaobaoSpree. I am so happy that it was a very pleasant experience! I was at first using the service to get a Lolita dress, which sadly didn't work out (fault of the seller's printers). But Cici worked so hard and close with me, so I felt no worries. She let me change to another set of items which I used the money for instead. Cici was in constant contact with me and was extremely helpful! I just got my items today, which were shipped very quickly! Everything came safely and they fit me perfectly! I am definitely going to use this service again! And I will recommend to my friends! Thank you so much! |
