I had a good experience with TaobaoSpree. My agent was Cici and she was very nice, fast and understanding when I kept changing my order. It was my first order so I had a lot of questions and Cici answered them all well. I received my order 4 days after it was shipped from China using EMS shipping to Australia. Only qualms I have is would be that shipping defaults to EMS shipping even though there are other cheaper, slower shipping services. It might be good to ask/tell the buyer the existence of these shipping services and tailor the shipping to the urgency of the package. Another is the form. It might be me being picky but I had a lot of trouble using it. Once I put in around 20+ orders, the form started screwing up on me. Of course, when I sent it to Cici, it was all fixed up but then if I add more orders to it, it would happen again. I suggest a website upgrade with login into the website where it goes through the process with you. Just better UI/UX in general for the buying/paying process. However saying all that, I got my orders and I'm happy :) :) Customer service and contact was exceptional. Thank you TaobaoSpree : ) |

I'm very happy with the services! Taobao spree is very reliable, and the agents take their time to understand the issues i had with the products. They made sure to communicate with the sellers and this is really appreciated. They answered as fast as they could (because I live in Canada and the time zone is different), the communication is very easy, and the agents understanding and patient! I finally got with Cici, who was very friendly and patient with me. I'd like to thank her, because she was very friendly and concerned about the deadline i had to meet to receive the items. Overal: Very good communication, fast answers, and finally friendly, reliable agents. I recommend taobao spree, because they have better prices than other agencies, and are reliable. The communication is also very good with the agents. I'm definitely gonna use their service again! :3 |

I have now made three orders through Taobao Spree and have always had stellar service! They are quick to respond, helpful when it comes to contacting sellers and asking about options, and great at keeping you updated. I have used them for both reservations on Taobao as well as direct orders, and I will continue to use them as my primary shopping service! ^^ |

Very happy with the service I received from TaobaoSpree. It was my first time ordering with them, because my usual Taobao Agent was on hiatus. I was very nervous to use someone new, but Cici was very friendly and professional. I got my items very, very quickly, all in good condition. Whenever I had a question, Cici would always have an answer. Even though I just got my first parcel, I'm already starting to order another with Cici! :D Thanks so much, TaobaoSpree. |

My agent this time was Ray and on him I have only to say: helpful, patient and competent because he gives me advices and tried to resolve the problems during my order. This was my first time using Taobaospree and I'm very happy with the service. My agent was Cici and she was very helpful and patient. Taobao spree is the first shopping service I have ever used and I don't think I need to try another one! Cici, my agent, was very helpful and prompt in her responses (given that I am halfway around the world in New York.) She answered all of my questions, sent me pictures of the items as soon as she got them, and my package was delivered today, several days early. Thank you, Cici and Susan! I will use TBS again for sure! PS They post a lot of cute stuff on facebook. :) <3 |

I've been shopping on Taobao for a few years now, mainly for Lolita and other J fashion. At first, I tried a few different SS, before deciding to stick with TBS as my preferred Shopping service. The service at TBS is always excellent. Everyone has always been friendly and polite. They're swift at communication and their English is good. Every agent has been happy with more complex orders such as custom made items and reservations you get in Lolita fashion. They will also buy from Ershou (2nd hand Taobao), which most other SS will not do. They also mark packages down, which has saved me literally hundreds in custom fees. TBS have a lot of experience with Lolita orders, so to Lolitas I would highly suggest you use TBS. My latest orders were handled by Cici. She was friendly, polite and had quick communication. She was also very patient with me. In the end, I had several orders spread over several months. Cici was happy to keep accepting each one so that I was not using multiple agents for different orders. She was also willing to work on Saturday for me when an item was been released, even though it was her day off. I'd be more than happy to order with Cici again. TaobaoSpree is my go-to shopping service! I worked with CiCi and she was wonderful. She was there every step of the way with communication. One of my items was damaged and she made sure to explain the situation with pictures and made sure my options were clear. I decided to keep everything and all of my things arrived safe and sound. Seriously recommend TBS. |
