Worked with Ray to order a few items. Other than communications delay from timezones he was quick to reply and give me the needed information to ease the transaction. Taobaospree in general seems to be a friendly fast service company and will continue business next time I order from overseas (china)! |

I've been ordering with TBS for several years, and you did not disappoint me this time again ! I've got a few problems with my package being stuck in Chinese customs, but you re-sent it really quickly ! One of the plastic items came damaged, but I won't blame you, the quality wasn't great and it was only a faw bucks anyway =p I'm already preparing the next order ! |

This was my first time with TaobaoSpree, and I'm really glad that the reviews definitely hold true to the service. :) I ordered with Ray, who was very helpful and quick to respond- even taking pictures for me to see what my orders looked like which was very helpful considering I am always worried that I have bought from the wrong seller on Taobao. Even my package was shipped out the same day/a few hours after paying for it, which was nice since it was a time-sensitive order. I haven't gotten my package yet since it was just sent out early today, but with the photos and help/service so far- even from reading the reviews- I have no doubts that the package will arrive well. The service I was using until now definitely pails in comparison to TaobaoSpree- thank-you! :) Definitely planning on using this service again for future orders! |
