It is my first time to write a review to Taobaospree even though it was my 23rd times I ordered to them. My first order was last February 2013. I never had a problem with the agent. Oh by the my, my agent was Ms. Cici. She is so nice. She let me know ASAP when the items are sold or when I forgot to choose what color or size of the items that I ordered. When in terms of shipping, most of the time, my packages arrived less than 10 days. But sometimes, it took 2 weeks because of customs check but there's no problem with that. I just want to say, thank you and more power to Taobaospree. Looking forward for the next transaction. :) |

First time ordering from Taobaospree! I emailed Susan with some questions, which were promptly answered! I was then referred to Ray, with his help, I was able to order my product! Ray was very quick answered my questions and it was a smooth transaction. Shipping was fast, considering the distance, package left on July 30th and arrived August 6th! It was my first time ordering from this agency and I must say that I am not one bit disappointed! My agent was Ms Zeng and she was very nice and patient. She answered whatever question that I had and unlike other feedback, I did not have any problems whatsoever with communication or misunderstandings. My order was quite large, with 20 items, so I was afraid it was too much or that it would be complicated but everything turned out well :) From the day I gave the first payment up until I receive the package was less than 2 weeks. I'm really surprised by how fast the package came! Thank you Ms Zeng and TaobaoSpree for your amazing service. I'll definitely be ordering from you again in the near future :) <3 →Sharon Shum |

Thank you for a great second order :D!! My agent was Ray and he was really patient and nice ^-^ We had some troubles with the customs process in my country but as soon as I told him, he immediately reacted and tried to solve it. My items arrived safely and after a short time at my house ;) Thank you very much and I will definitely come back to you when I see the next cute things on TaoBao ;) |
