This was my first time using any Taobao Agent and it was a great experience! My agent was Cici, and she was very friendly and helpful, even when one of the items I wanted was sold out. The communication back-and-forth was great, and once everything was paid for, the shipping was faster than I expected! Very happy with this service. I run an anime convention in California, and ordered 8 cosplays for my staff through TaoBaoSpree. My agent was Cici, who was patient and attentive. I was nervous at first because this was my first time using TBS and ordering from TaoBao... I found an item that I was looking for at an incredibly cheap price on there and decided to use TBS as a middle agent to help me. ordering with TBS was easy, quick and helpful. The form was confusing at first but after going through the steps with Cici, who was my agent, and her answering my questions, it went fluidly. Cici was incredibly patient with me and helped me through the steps. She answered all of my questions with ease and was incredibly friendly, all while still being professional. The customer service was really friendly, both in the Live Chat and in email. Everything was done quick and I got replies faster than I expected. Cici was straight to the point and answered questions really eloquently and helpfully and made me feel like I was in safe hands. She ordered my items as soon as I sent the payment and got back with me with a picture of them as soon as she received them, which made me extremely happy. (I was worried over that.) So I really enjoyed my first time with TBS and I doubt I'll ever try any other TaoBao Agents, if I become a regular buyer from TaoBao. Thank you to Cici for helping me out, being patient with me and being amazing! |

This was my first time using TBS. I was very pleased with the experience. My agent was Ray. He was always very nice & quick to reply. He got me all things that I wanted & did so in the time that I needed them (I felt so bad asking for them within a certain amount of time, I was crunched for time). Ray did exactly what I asked & also checked other items for me. It was a good experience. |

This was my first time using TBS. Cici was very helpful and she even helped me cancel some items when the seller took too long! The items were packaged very nicely. I will definitely use TBS for future taobao orders. |

The service was absolutely perfect! I ordered with Ray and he was such a great help, very polite and patient as well. I recommend Airmail for german customers though, since DHL will charge you quite expensive custom duties (package declared as gift and value around 38€ -> ~20€ custom duties) But I will definitely use this service again and will recommend it! <3 |

My second order from TaobaoSpree, and still really satisfied ! This time, Ms Ray was my agent. She is very attentive, nice and patient. She answered almost 5 minutes after I sent her a mail each time. Airmail shipping was really fast, about 10-12 days to France. And of course, products are perfects. Only good points !! I will very probably order again soon ! Thank you so much !! :) |

Thank you so much to Ray for helping me out with my second TaobaoSpree order. He was very kind and had so much patience with me as I had trouble finding the items I wanted to be in stock.
