I'm very happy with my first purchase with TaoBaoSpress (c/o Cici!) I got my purchases even earlier than I expected! Even on December where shipping items may be very busy, I got it as early as 4 days! Cici always replied and helped me walk through the process and even was so patient with my payment and shipping changes. I am definitely gonna make my orders again! Thanks!! |

I ordered from Taobao back in August, my agent was Ray and everything went very smoothly, there was several different shops and Ray updated me about the status of each item and provided detailed information and photos each time, he was very helpful ! I will gladly order again ^^ |

I have placed several orders over the last couple of months, and the TaoBaoSpree representative who help me was Ray. He was very quick in answering my inquires, sending me cost and shipping information, and even helped me order several ”hard to find” Lolita items I was searching for. Ray is a pleasure to work with, and he has been so helpful! In general, TaoBaoSpree is very easy to order with, and they let you know exactly how much and how long shipping will take for your items. I highly recommend working with Ray if you are interested in using TaoBaoSpree. |

I just got my package today and I'm happy to say I am more than satisfied with the service I received. ^o^ It was a pleasure to work with Ray! He was very patient and helpful when certain items were out of stock (I ordered a LOT of things!). To top it all off, the shipping was very prompt & quick! This was actually my first Taobao shopping experience, so I'm more than glad things went so smoothly. I will definitely use this service again for future orders! |
