This was my first time using a shopping service. I picked TaobaoSpree because of the stellar reviews. I'm happy to say this is a business that lives up to its reputation. My agent, Cici, was prompt and patient; her responses always coming back with about 12 hours. My transaction went smoothly. I will definitely be using TaobaoSpree again (soon). |

This was my first time using taobaospree and I'm very satisfied. I got Cici as my agent and she always responded fast, having good communication. Some orders were out of stock, so I had to wait longer for her to receive them, but once she got them they came really fast! Highly recommended! |

This is my first time using TBS. Ray was my agent and he was fantastic! He was extremely patient with me, as many things I was looking at were soldout/unavailable and I didn't know. Ray replied very quickly and informed me of the availability of quite a few items before I actually placed an order. I will definitely use TBS again! |

I've been using TBS for many years now and I've had a range of agents :) All of them are wonderful. This time Cici took care of my order. Her replies were always very prompt. She was very patient with me when I asked her to contact various sellers with questions on my behalf. Cici also worked on a Saturday for me! I had my order in on Saturday and Cici quickly processed it and purchased my items. I've had Cici as an agent a few times in the past already so I was a bit shocked when this happened. It might have been due to holiday season so she had a lot of customers? All my items had arrived at TBS for about a week and Cici forgot to send me an invoice. It wasn't until I asked her for the status of my items that she realized what had happened. She also forgot to send me tracking number... So I'm a little bittersweet about my order this time, Some great stuff some not so great. I'm just going to take this as a rare occurrence though since it has never happened before. I'll still continue to use TBS though :) |

My SS Agent was Cici and she was very helpful in placing my order. I tried to get things that were sold out and she helped me replace them and ensured everything was all good!! Shipping came a tad slow for EMS but it was due to the holidays. Overall this order with taobaospree gets a 9/10. I did have a few communication issues but everything was sorted out very easily. All my products fit and are good quality. Second time using TBS and I will always continue to use this SS! |

Best SS ever. Seriously. This time, the service have been done by miss Cici Chen, and it was just wonderful : She's very patient, cool, and you can even discuss with her, which I really appreciate.It's my second order via TBS, and I'm not disappoint ! Since my parcel was too big to be sent by Airmail, she accepted to split it in two parcels, and even managed to reduce the shipping price by using lighter material than a box for wrapping, and I've 19HKD for my next purchase ! I'm waiting my parcel now, but be sure I'll buy again with TBS ! My first order was directed by Susan, and she was as cool and adorable as Cici ! (Order : Cici-Lya France 1020, second order !) |
