This was my first time using an agent and I was very satisfied with Cici's communication. She was patient with me and extremely helpful! I received every thing I ordered in good condition and shipping from China to Canada was a lot faster than I expected. I would shop using TBS again in the future. ^^ |

This was my second order with TaobaoSpree. Working with TBS and with Ray was wonderful! I asked to get my order shipped to Japan because I was traveling there and wanted to save on shipping costs, and Ray was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this service! |

This is my second time using TaobaoSpree, and it was a great experience, just like the first time! This time (last time too) I wasn't sure what size would fit me, because 1) I'm very tall and 2) I'm used to US sizes rather than Chinese sizing, and my agent, CiCi asked the seller on my behalf what sizes I should order. I probably would have ordered an entire size too small if not for their input. The items arrived extremely fast, were packed with a lot of plastic and in individual bags, and were in perfect condition. I already knew the quality I was getting (CiCi sent photos beforehand), so I was happy to see they were not only great in person but fit perfectly. Overall, a perfect experience. :) Thanks! |
