This was my first time using TBS, I am so pleased with my experience!! CiCi was my agent, she was extremely nice and helpful. After it all arrived, she even helped eliminate some weight to save on shipping! I'm looking forward to shopping with TBS again! I highly recommend it!! |

Very happy with my first time! Ray was extremly heplful, it was my first time buying here he answered all of my questions and was very patient with me ^^ Got everything i asked for, and in good condition. 10/10! It was my first time ordering from TaoBao via. TBS. I did not have a deadline so I did not need to rush my order. But as soon as the package was sent, it arrived fairly quick considering the shipping distance between Asia and Europe. The communication with agent Ray was quick and helpful! I am very pleased with my order and will definately use TBS again for orders in the future as it is an easier way to get products all the way from China. Will recommend anyone looking for Taobao agents! |

I've been using TaobaoSpree for the past few months, both for personal orders and larger group orders, and every time I do, I get the very best of service from my agent, Ray. Not only is his communication incredibly fast, but he is always so helpful with my order and lets me know of any updates or issues immediately. He is extremely patient with me and has gone above and beyond to help me with my orders. For sure, I would recommend their services to anyone I know looking for a Taobao Agent who really pays attention to you. |

This is my third or fourth time ordering from here. Ray was my agent. He answered my questions very quick and he was patient with me since i had multiple changes in my order. I didn't expect for the order to be at my doorstep in 6 days, since my last order came in like 15 days. I'll definitely order again! |

I've made a couple of orders since last year through taobaospree and Ray has been by agent every time. I'm happy to say I've never had better service than I have had here. Ray is always both extremely patient with all my requests and prompt in both his reply and service. He's made my taobao experience all the better and I can't imagine using any other agent than him right now. I would definitely recommend TBS to anyone needing a taobao agent. |
