After reading good things about TaoBao regarding the reliability and quality of sellers on it, I went looking for a proxy service to order from there. A bit of internet research later, TaoBaoSpree came up as one of the best services for shopping there, so I decided to contact them. Everything about their service is top of the line! My agent was Ray. First of all, he responded really quickly. No long waits for replies to your emails. I would get a response on the same day of mailing, even outside of business hours! This kept the whole process going quickly. Also, they were very responsive regarding requests for information and changes. I made one addition and change to my order and this was immediately done. They check with the seller's page for any questions you might have. I was kept informed during the whole transaction, and when the order arrived at TaoBaoSpree I was given pictures to verify if things were okay before they shipped out. The service they provide is simply unbeatable at their price. It is a rare privilege to have such fast and personal dealings these days, at an affordable rate. TaoBaoSpree did just that. I have plenty of experience with Japanese proxy services, and really value having a good contact. With TaoBaoSpree, I've now found the perfect service for ordering from China as well. |

I'm giving 10/10 to Taobaospree in terms of customer service! Cici is very accommodating even though I am kind of demanding, she helped me a lot^^ This is my first time ordering to TBS and I received my items yesterday - it was shipped 4 days ago! Everything is fine but my only concern is the cracks on the cases of my CDs, I hope you will improve the wrapping for those. Overall, I am happy to receive my orders! Thank you TBS, I hope you are open now for orders because my list is ready! ^^ |

The best shopping service ever! =) I've been ordering several Chinese items from taobao from this site for like 3 years and I have never had any objection or any problems with Taobaospree. Particularly, Zeng is a complete lovely woman that has been helping me to get my items 100% safe and cheap =) The service's super quick and the attention the best. This is my second time ordering from TBS and this time I decided to order a lot more stuff then my first order! Because of the new year's holiday it took 2 business days for TBS to reply which is no big deal. Excellent services from my agent, Candy. She was extremely patient with me and replied quickly!
