I would recommend Taobaospree to anyone thinking of saving money by buying direct from Taobao in China although the web-sites are translated into English there is still a problem in dealing with Chinese Companies and this is where you need a good interpreter service. Not only do Taobaospree interpret for you they repack all good and check customs forms. Every problem you can think of is taken care of by these wonderful people at Taobaospree. I have thanked Cici personally but I would like to share my enthusiasm for Cici at Taobaospree and all the help she has given me over the years. My last order was no exception, after having chopped and changed my shopping list, I thought she would run out of patients, but no she was very professional and efficient. I received my order in record time, in fact it came from China quicker than packages from Sydney. I live in Perth Australia. Please pass this message on. |

I made my first order with TaoBaoSpree because I needed fluffy petticoats and I heard good things about Classical Puppets. The TaoBaoSpree website was very easy to understand, and explained everything I needed to know about how to make an order, how long it will take, how much they charge, and how to submit an order. I submitted my order at the end of Chinese New Year, and even though that is usually a slow time, I got a quick response from Susan and a follow-up from my agent, Cici. Cici was very patient and helpful - she let me know when something was out of stock, and allowed me to make last minute additions to my order. EMS service got the package to me very quickly, and it was very carefully and securely wrapped. I will order again! |

Just recieved my second order that I ordered through Taobao... Another great experience! I ordered this time with Ray, and I had a very large order! Ray was great, and didn't mind about a few last minute changes to my order. He kept me updated about any changes to items and also let me know what items had arrived whenever I inquired. I got EMS shipping and it got to me in the US within 4 days! So fast! Overall, another great order experience with Ray, already looking forward to ordering again! |

I did a group order with some other girls. The Cici agent was very patience while I added and removed things. Once the order was finalized I received my order very promptly. The service was fantastic and I'm extremely happy with the whole order process. Looking forward to using TaobaoSpree in the future. |

I've used the service a bunch of times now and every experience has been great. The agents have been wonderful about communicating with sellers and examining items and sending photos. My most recent experience was with Ray and he was amazing through the ordering process with quick responses and great commumication. The experience was so good that I started a new order the day my other order shipped. Thanks again! |
