The communication (with Cici) was fast and good, and she nicely answered my questions :) The shipping took no more than a couple of days to Germany and luckily there were no extra costs for me ^-^ I'll definitely come back and order again with you. This was my first order with TaobaoSpree and it was quite a large order so I was a little nervous with how it might turn out. But Zeng was so helpful and patient, I couldn't have asked for a better service. The service was prompt and professional. Before my items were shipped I was sent photos and once shipped I was given a tracking number. I would definitely use this service again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking to order from Taobao :) |

TaobaoSpree is my go-to service. They're very reliable and their excel/chart is easy to interpret and makes budgeting easy. This time I had Zeng (I've had Doris in the past) and she has been very helpful. There was a small hiccup in communication but once I emailed her about it she promptly got back to me and even took pictures of my items without my asking. I still consider TaobaoSpree my go-to shopping service. Would recommend to anyone starting out! |
