My daughter gave me a whole list of things she wanted for Christmas and pointed me to Taobao. I did not realize it at the time, but I was her guinea pig...she had been thinking about trying their service but was nervous so she thought she'd "let" me try it first. I was very ignorant of the process, but Cici helped me every step of the way, and it was really simple. Love the quality of the products, too!

I ordered a lot the past few months and Cici, Candy, and Ray were all very helpful and replied to emails really fast. They were also all incredibly patient with me. I will use taobaospree again in the future because the service is always wonderful each time I order :)

First time ordering and my package came today; it was organized in the box. Ray was my agent. He made several mistakes, but I luckily caught them and he corrected them. He was also formal and quick at replying. I think I might use TBS again. Thank you.
