I've used other shopping services before, so this was my first time with taobaospree. My agent was Cici, and I was very pleased with her service! She was quick to reply and her English was understandable. The process was very easy, and Cici kept me updated on my order. It was packed nicely, and arrived to me safely. I'm definitely going to be using taobaospree again!

This was my first time using TaobaoSpree, and i have to say it was Excellent!! I worked with CiCi an she answered all of my questions with quick replies. Kept very fluid communication even when the taobao seller was taking a long time. Updated frequently, the shipping to me was extremely fast. Everything was just as i ordered.
