Hi there! I placed an order and got everything yesterday. Everything was wonderful. But one item I got had a big stain on it (the melty chocolate replica JSK from DOL) I took photos and sent it to Lucy... has she gotten it yet? I wanted to know if it was possible to exchange it for the same dress. The dress is lovely, just a giant stain. Do you know DOL's return policy? *_* I have used water to try and remove the stain (don't want to hurt the dress) but still nothing... please help! |

Hello! How long does it usually take for you to answer emails? I heard you are very fast and answer within 1-2 days but I sent an order four days ago and I haven't received a reply. Maybe I've sent it to the wrong email address? I'm so sorry if I'm asking this too soon but I am a bit worried :) (By the way, the email address I filled in up there isn't the one I'm ordering from ^.^) |

I just received my package from Taobaospree. This was my first time ordering with a shopping service and at first I was very anxious, I asked about ten thousand question and Susan and Lucy (my agent) were so very patient at answering everyone of them. They even helped to fill out the order form for me as I had a little trouble doing so myself. Lucy provided a phenomenal service, updated me whenever something changed with my order, sent me pictures of items that arrived to check that they were okay and answered every email I sent within a day. I ordered a lot of clothes, and I mean a lot and the service I received was so wonderful I would gladly order through taobaospree again, in fact I have another order ready to make. The shipping was also phenomenally fast. I live In NZ and the package was paid to be shipped on Thursday and arrived on Tuesday. The package itself was boxed appropriately and each item was individually wrapped very well. I was very happy. I definitely recommend tabaospree, I had so much fun ordering my clothes and now I shall have even more wearing them. Thank you so much Susan and Lucy. You guys are awesome!!!!! |

I got my items today! Lucy did a wonderful job keeping things in order and help me ordered my custom outfit! For some reason I was afraid it wouldn't fit but it fits perfectly! Process and shipping took about 3 weeks? That's so fast considering that I ordered custom made items. Thanks Lucy! Planning another order as we speak! |
