Thank you thank you taobaospree ! My first time ordering from a taobaoagent, and I must admit I am very happy and satisfied with my experience. My agent was doris and through msn, she got the work done really well, quick emails, quick msn replies (thanks doris (: ), the shipping was quite fast as well, I was very pleased when I saw the delivery man at the door today haha. A big thanks to susan and doris for their help (and putting up with my broken chinese haha), will definitely order from taobaospree again next time ! |

Thank you Taobaospree for the wonderful service. I sent my first order last month and Susan assigned it to Cici. I've been working with her eversince. Yesterday i sent my 4th order. They are very neat. They always send me my order update through email. They also send pictures before sending my order, to make sure that the address and marking code is correctly written on the package. Keep up the good work! |

I'm a little disappointed with my service, honestly. I had seen so many people giving positive feedback so I figured this would be a great service! I worked with Cici. While she did what she was supposed to, she didn't answer my questions. Nor help me find items I was looking for when I asked her because the originals were out of stock! I had the get one of my friends help me find the items because she can translate Taobao properly. On top of that, Cici kept making mistakes and hindering my order's progress. I understand people make mistakes, but because she didn't answer my questions I feel like she didn't care about my order at all! She even lied to me about when the package was mailed, when I can fully see everything including when it was posted because of the tracking... :s (To be fair this could not be true, but she said she mailed it 2 days before the date on EMS' website said it was posted by her...) I even asked to have my agent changed because Cici was frustrating me so much, and she said she would but no one else took over and I dealt with Cici for the rest of the order. I actually have a friend who was ordering as well from here at the same time as me, and she wasn't too pleased with her service either. But she can write her own review. :3 I'm happy with the items and they arrived on time, but I'm not too sure I'll be returning to taobaospree... |

Sorry for the review. However, as I know the whole process, Cici is follow up with you every work day...just a little delay (maybe late reply in 2 hours?)and you were so worried =_=(with so many !!!!!!!!)
I don't know other service, however, reply within 24hours is fast as we know.
as the tracking no. we posted to the post office directly, not through any agent. but sometimes there are so many packages, the post don't have time to upload the tracking, it's common. Everyday we post out, wait for the final ems paper back (Maybe get the ems paper back tomorrow or the day after tomorrow), when the ems paper back we can tell the customer the final tracking no. (This is the real final). Maybe we gave you the tracking no. a bit late.But we didn't lie to you.
Cici is so much care you order because you pushing her so hard..
We are sad about this review, but however, this is your ture feeling, we would like to let it show on public.
to be honest, there is no 100% perfect service and no 100% perfect agent.
Some maybe perfect to some buyers, some maybe so so to some buyers
The only way we can say is that we just did what we should do.
We are trying to be the best agent ever, and we did try very hard.
However, we are not able to satisfied every customer.
I do hope the buyer knows that.
If we always 100% positive feedback, it's too good to be true.
Don't think we can do everything 100% perfect just because we had so many positive feedback. We are also human and we made mistake.
