Received my bronze statue last week...i am very impressed. Susan done a good job on packaging as well. Will be flying over to receive my custom make bronze statue in about 4 months time again. She done a great coordinating job as well when i was asking her to help me find someone through the seller's network. A reliable agent to work with. =) |

i sent an order form to you guys 2 days ago, but i had no reply i sent them to your taobaospree/hotmail e-mails. i just checked your "how to order" and it said to send to your qq e-mail so i just did. to improve your website, i think you should state clearer that you must send the orders to the qq e-mail, otherwise i think you guys wouldn't have seen my order |

Even though I didn't end up ordering that dress I wanted due to time restraint, I just want to comment on the fantastic communication of everyone @ taobaospree! I've actually tried a few other taobao agents before, and so far, taobao spree had the best, fastest communication. Thanks so much for trying susan and cici. I'll be sure to use your service in the future~ |

I received my package however the shoes in my order were the wrong color and very far off from what was pictured. The shoes were also 2 sizes too small (I checked the size on the shoe and compared it to my invoice). Unfortunately because I can not wait on having the post office return the package and get new shoes, I had to accept it. I had requested photos of the shoes right when I received the email saying they arrived, but it was too late because they were already packed up. If photos were taken I could have seen the mistakes the manufacturer made and could have waited another week but now it's too late. :( The service was great other than the shoes coming out wrong. |

I asked Doris to order another pair for me because it may arrive on time, though it would be close. Customs in California is very fast! Once my package was shipped, it took a week to arrive. So if they're ordered today, they may arrive on time. I'd like to try though. :)"
Ana and another buyer S (both from CA,USA) ordered same type of shoes the same day, same agent as Doris.
S got the shoes, not the right size, not the right color, she just painted herself lol
S will buy Ana's shoes, Doris will buy Ana another new custom made shoes and ship right away while finished!
