I am a regular customer at Taobao spree(probably bought their stuff for over 10 times?) And all I can say is that Taobao spree is wonderful!! My agent, Zeng is really efficient in answering my questions(: and most importantly, she makes sure that my package will reach me. For example, there was once I wasn't sure of if the address that I wanted to ship to was right, she googled the address and double checked for me!(Turns out my address was wrong and she was right..so lucky to have her!) The agents in taobao spree are the most reliable agents I have encountered..they go beyond just ordering items for you(: So glad that I found them:D heehee will continue spreeing with you all!

My country (Brazil) has really strict customs so I thought I would have trouble with the shipping, but the package arrived without any problems.
