The items arrived safely, the price was fair for the fees and shipping! The shipping was very fast (I used ems), and the wigs were placed in a small envelope so I didn't have to pay high custom fees! ^_^ I also received a small gift for the order. The replies was fast, excellent communication. The clerk provided well-lighted photos for each one of the items. I'm really satisfied and will definitely use this shopping service again. |

Hello! Recently you shipped a little package to me and it arrived safely, thank you. But I've been waiting for another package, which is bigger and about 2.8 kgs. You shipped it on 25 January with SAL, and I mean "January". The site never updated nor my package arrived. You told me that you're still waiting for the agent to reply, but I'm getting unpatient. Please help me as soon as possible. I want my package to arrive but I don't think I'll receive it. And if it doesn't arrive you will have to refund me. Thank you. |

Very efficient service- the longest waiting time was probably just when waiting on all my items to arrive at the office. After sending my package off using EMS to regional australia, it arrived in less than a week. Very pleased with the service, and will be using it again soon definately. |
