I've bought from TaobaoSpree so many times now that I've lost track. Their service is wonderful and the agents are very helpful and reply quickly. They also solve problems quickly too. One of the seller forgot to send an item once, and my agent was able to get it sorted out within an hour! The agents are also very patient. I often ask a lot of questions and they always answered it in a timely manner. I've had Doris, Cici and Candy as my agent and all three of them are wonderful. I'll definitely be buying again soon. Thanks for everything so far ^^ |

I have used TBS twice now, first time was testing the waters and the second time with a massive order. TBS service is 10/10! Amazing!! Not only did my agent, Meko, answer all my questions promptly and clearly, she was also very helpful with sizing information and keeping me up to date with every step of my order. Her communication was easy and clear to understand. Seriously you get what you pay for in terms of service. Both times my packages came in perfect condition neatly wrapped / bubble wrapped I would recommend using these guys if you're on the hunt for safe, secure and trust worthy agents. Keep up the good work!! |
