Cici is very helpful when finding and suggesting items that i purchase in case the ones i want are out of stock; She is also very helpful when updating me of items that arrive and are possibly delayed or restocked. Very good in terms of customer service and order management. Been transacting with her for more than a year already and still very pleased! Hope to purchase more in the following years. |

I received my Taobao order and I am very pleased. Zeng was very helpful and patient during the whole process. I even received pictures of the products I ordered before it was shipped to me. I was wondering if it was alright to do 3 different orders. I sent one order which is being handled by Zeng I believe. I sent two other orders and haven't received a response since Wednesday. I just wanted to know if one order is done at a time. |

Received my order of shoes last week and I couldn't be happier. Meko, you were amazing and patient with me (I asked A LOT of questions). Everything was clear, and there was minimal effort on my part. I have Ms. Zeng, I sent my money for my order and asked a few questions two weeks ago , All I got back was a message saying thanks, I asked for any updates and she has not replied. I don't think she even paid for the item I was buying |
