Sandra handled my order. This is the first time I used an agent to order something. I was hesitant at first, but Sandra was very responsive and helpful. The turnaround time is amazing. I was able to complete the whole process and receive my package (NJ, USA) within 2 weeks. I will definitely use TaobaoSpree again for my purchases! Thanks! |

I've just received my package today. It literally took 3 days to arrive from China (actually my package has been more days in my country's customs than travelling). Every item is perfectly fine and as shown in the pictures which they sent to me. Also, the package came with a very good protection against hits and stuff like that. Plus they put a warning on the package telling it had fragile content, which is something I really appreciate (in my country they don't let you do that when sending something). The agent was very nice and polite, and they answer reeeeeeally fast, that's a plus too. They are very professional and the entire process went perfect. If I need to buy anything from Taobao in the future, I'm counting on them again! Thanks for everything! |

I'm really happy with my first order and the short amount of time it took to get here(ten days!). I'm very happy that I found a great service! I was a skeptic about the whole ordering from an agent thing at first, but it was handled really well and I'm excited to get the next email from Sandra about y order! |

I recently did an order through Taobao recently, with Cici as my agent. I had bought from Taobao only once before through a different shopping service. I was okay with the other service, but had heard even better reviews from TaobaoSpree so I decided to try here. I was really happy with the quality of help provided and the timeliness of responses. Everything went smoothly and I will most likely go through this service again next time I do an order. |

I meant to post this sooner, but I was a little busy. This was my first time using taobaospree and I was so happy with it honestly. Cici was super helpful, answered any questions, and responded quickly. Whenever I need to buy something again, I will definitely use taobaospree again. Thanks! :) |

I was a bit hesitant ordering through a Taobao agent for the first time after a bad experience with a another agent but Cici made it easy and was very communicative throughout the entire process. She's helpful where needed so thank you so much Cici!! :) I'm currently looking to take some custom-made orders from some Taobao shops and I had Cici get me price quotes from quite a few of them. I was afraid it would be too much but she very patient with all my requests and her customer service is top-notch! I will definitely be placing a lot more orders with Taobaospree in the future! |

Cici handled my order and I could not be more satisfied. I had a lot of questions and my order was kind of a special case and she answered all my questions and helped guide me through the whole process. I received my order awhile ago and just got the chance to look through everything but everything arrived in perfect condition.
