Susan, the first taobao agent ive met that helped me with my purchase, i changed many agents hoping to find one better than Susan but i never did. Having worked with so many agents with frequent bulk orders, Susan is one of the few who can fully understand english so for non-chinese buyers, there is no need to worry on communicating with Susan. She also has integrity, efficiency and very very fast response time which is very important especially for business buyer. If you are new, i allow you to take shortcut and learn from my experience, if you are not new, maybe you can try to change. You can just choose Susan =D |
