I asked Susan to request a very complicated custom order from a Taobao store on my behalf, and after a very quick period of communication she said the seller could do it. When my order arrived at TaobaoSpree's Chinese office, I was sent many pictures so that I could verify the custom item was made properly. It looked great, and when I gave the okay, my item was packed up well and shipped to me incredibly quickly! As I expected, the item was perfect, and I couldn't be happier with my order and the shopping experience as a whole.
