Hi there! I must say that TaoBaoSpree is the best that there is! I must thank Zeng for the help with my order and Susan for answering all of my questions :) Everything was flawless and everything was dealt with, in a friendly and professional manner :) Zeng did everything and even more to make sure that my order processes through. I had a little trouble with the customs, but this is mainly due to my greediness for ordering sooo much resulting in my package being 10kg :p Zeng provided me with the invoice I needed, but they still requested a PayPal statement. However I played a little game with them hehe and lied a bit here and there, which resulted in small tax ;) Yesterday I got my order and I must say that I am impressed. Everything was packaged extremelly well and the quality of the clothes is AMAZING! Couldn't ask for more :) I will definatelly be ordering with you again in the next few months, but this time I will make sure not to go overboard and split the items into 2 smaller packages rather than 1 big hehe Once again THANK YOU! You are the BEST! =) |

My package arrived in around 10 days, which is a really short time considering that it had to travel half way across the world. Both Cici and Susan were extremely prompt with replying and were very helpful. I will definitely use taobaospree again in the future! |

My 2nd time using TaoBaoSpree and I'm very happy with the whole experience. Package arrived in Australia in 6 days, pretty quick! Zeng was very good and took pics of my items, packed them really well and answered all my questions patiently. Looking forward to more shopping, thank you Zeng! :D |
