This was my first time using TBS and my agent Cici was phenomenal. She was incredibly prompt and clear, and answered all the questions I had very quickly. Cici even did things that exceeded my expectations like taking pictures of my order when I didn't even request them. I was super impressed, and the shipping was way faster than I thought. Will definitely order with TBS again! Thanks guys! |

Hello, good night, I'm writing to you for an urgent situation. I know all of you staff have been very busy these days and It's impossible to satisfy all the orders but I really need your help about my order. I've paid my order since June 25th, when the items were still available and now 3 of the 4 items I've requested aren't available and since today the order hadn't been bought for me. I really need your help because I needed the items urgently and I've paid when the items were available, and it wouldn't be fair if I can't get them because I've paid on time and since today the items hadn't bee bought from taobao. Hi. It was my first time using TBS and my agent was Candy. She responds quickly, able to answer clearly and is very helpful especially when my items got hold in the customs. Sadly, EMS in my country didn't deliver it door-door but I'm happy to see my items in good condition! though before I could get my item I got taxed big which is scary..
