Very polite and friendly service! Susan and Doris were very kind and informative throughout the whole process and it felt very comfortable since it was on a personal level rather than an automated level. I received up to the minute invoices and updates of when items arrived, reassuring the time it took between ordering and my item arriving within their country. You can't get this kind of personal-feeling service anywhere, so it made me feel really appreciated as a customer! The entire ordering process was smooth and the items arrived in a timely manner. The best thing of all, they understand how to box items! I can't tell you how many times I've received a parcel where shoes were improperly boxed and the items were messed up.
