This is my fourth time using taobaospree because I have had relatively positive experiences the first couple times but unfortunately my latest experience with taobaospree was much less than satisfactory. After telling Doris what items I wanted, she told me they were "available" so I sent her an e-check shortly after. However, after the payment was sent, she tells me that this and that is not available, frustrating me greatly and sending me on an unnecessary search to look for other items. I do not understand why she tells me an item is available and after I pay her she tells me it is out of stock. In addition to this, the items that came this time were of terrible quality. End of story. Unless a good reason is provided to me for this service, I will never even consider using taobaospree ever again nor would I recommend this service to anyone. |

as for the quality of items, we are sorry too but we are not the seller or factory, we just bought what link you sent us then we bought for you.
tips: never buy too cheap items because you just get how much you paid for it.
This is your Fourth time using our taobaospree service, I think the last 3 times you were happy about. but the stock items and quality of product is not our fault. Hope you can understand.
anyway, If you still don't want to use our service again, I wish you good luck.

Hi! I want to spend two words to thank Cici for the service she has offered to me. I've made a big order, she helped me to have more explanations to choise the items that arrived in few days.
