I love taobaospree! Thank you Susan & Doris for taking care of me. They are so nice and friendly. Their services were FAST & EFFICIENT! I ordered it on 10/13/11 and I already received it yesterday in HK! Their service fee is reasonable. I would definitely recommend this site to my friends and order again! <3

My experience wasn't that great. :/ I asked an agent how long it would take for the seller to make xx item and she said it would take 1 month. I needed this pretty soon so I asked the agent if she could ask the seller to make it faster but, the agent told me the seller couldn't. I then asked another agent from another site whom i've used in the past and that agent told me it only took 15days to make the item (on the listing site from what i could understand it also said 15days to make. . .) In the end I was able to get my item on time. I don't know why the taobaospree agent said it would take so long. I might give taobaospree another chance if I don't need it urgently.

Had talked with customer about we did get reply from seller for 30 days and another seller which is long long long waiting Now she understand (:
