Hi. Susan. I hope you could enlighten me with my 2nd order and 3rd order from Taobaospress.com. I have it shipped last February 5 but it was returned to your office. Doris sent it back on the 17th of Feb after the spring festival. Upon tracking the parcel for more than a week, still NO results found in http://intmail.183.com.cn/. I have emailed Doris about my concerns... gladly she replied. But I was worried why the status of the parcel was just accepted the day I have follow up my concern (Feb 25). It's more than 1 week delayed from the day Doris resend the parcel. This order was taken last week of January and it's been month now. Another thing, I believed you were situated in Guangdong, but the parcel status says package were in Sichuan Road Bridge. I don't want to leave negative feedback from you coz I know it will greatly affect your reputation but I need enlightenment on this. Hoping for your response. |

I am so sorry about this package trouble upset you.
some SAL packages before Chinese new year returned as they sent out in a sensitive period, custom department closed and not able to send over.
as you know the SAL is not like EMS, they are update really really slow -_-
We did send out the day we told you but they update so slow, so sorry.
Maybe next time you try EMS to avoid such problems. and so sorry!
for the location problem, since my area post staff is very slow on updating(happened before posted 20 days but no result..) so i post the box to a guangzhou agent, but the agent said he can not send from guangzhou so the agent shipped the SAL package to Shanghai as they are faster. Don't worry (:
