Great service, Candy was extremely helpful and communicated swiftly. She helped me even when I messed up on the PayPal transaction. This is the second time I've used TaoBaoSpree and I have been pretty satisfied overall. Would use again and recommend to a friend! |

Cici was so super fantastic! This was my first time ever making a Taobao order, and it was a very large and somewhat confusing order on top of that! Luckily, Cici was so helpful. She checked back with me multiple times about my order to make sure everything was correct, and caught a lot of my mistakes! She was also very fast to respond to my questions, even on weekends! Overall my order went in smoothly and shipping was SO FAST once it left TaobaoSpree's warehouse. So wonderful! Everything came in as I ordered it as well. I am so satisfied with my shopping experience and Cici's fantastic customer service! I will definitely be using TaobaoSpree again in the future if I need to order from TaoBao! |
