PayPal Refund operation

Dear Customers

Referring refund for the leftover money, we opearte as below

1) Normal 4%+0.3 USD payment buyer:

Transaction in 60 days: Refund Free

Transaction over  60 days: 6% paypal charge on the refund amount

Explanation: According to PayPal rules, transaction in 60 days, refunding is free; over 60 days, it's not refundable. Since paypal already charged that 4% in the amount, we are not able to refund the same amount to you.However, we will use masspay to pay you back the balance you leftover with us. Which is 2% transaction fee.2%+4% paypal already charged total is 6%

E.g:  Customer A want to refund the 10 usd that leftover with us.
        If  transaction is still in 60 days, he will get full 10 USD;
        If transaction is over 60 days, he will get 10 USD*(100%-6%)=9.4 USD net amount back.
        10*6%=0.6 USD
        0.6 USD as the fee when we send payment to him

      Q: Where can I see if my transaction is still in 60 days?

      A: find out the transaction details of the payment you sent to taobaospree in PayPal.
          From the date you sent the moeny, count if reach 60 days tile the day you asked for refund.

          e.g Customer B sent the payment on 1st, Jan.

           If:  He asked for the refund on 20th, Feb
                It's about 50 days, so it's free to do the refund

           If:  He asked for the refund on 20th, March
                It's over 60 days, please be aware of the 6% fee will be deduce from the refund amount. 
          
          Tips: You can ask the buying agent if still refundable.
                  Buying agent knows if can refund for free since the PayPal will show the button on the transaction "REFUND"
                  if "REFUND" button disappear meaning there is no free refund.

2) Masspay or Personal payment buyer:

       Masspay and personal payment refund fee: 2% transaction charge

       Masspay no time limit, have to pay 2% transaction charge anyway.
