Paypal fee adjustment

Dear Friends

We are sorry to post that the paypal fee has raised to 4.4%+ 0.3 USD For Chinese user(as shown in the picture)

Paypal raised their fee few months ago, We didn't want to raise the cost to you because we value our customer, however since many orders are small ones and that  4.4%+0.3 usd to paypal, we are eating the loss during the transaction.

We have to keep the rate up now to 4.4% + 0.3 USD and for HKD it's 4.4% + 2.35 HKD
