Italy

In part area of Italy because of the disastrous weather and flood, mail delivery services are subject to delay.

Canary Islands

Due to the storm, mail delivery services are subject to delay.

Severe flooding in the south of France, mail sent to region (zip 34 xxx) will delay a week, sent to region (zip 83 xxx) may also have delay.

Czech , Hungary and Austria

Some areas of the rail and road traffic disruption because of cold weather and winter rain, mail delivery services are subject to delay.

Philippines

Due to typhoon Hagupit, mail delivery services are subject to delay.

Greece

Heavy rainfall hit northen Greece, severe weather warnings are still exist in a few areas, mail delivery services are subject to delay.
