During the international shipping, the package has been transferred many times, and the risk of lost or damage might be happen.
In case get lost or damaged the package, pls buy the insurance to protect them
The clauses of insurance :
Insurance coverage: the actual loss or damage of goods caused by any external factors in international transit.
Uninsured risks: Postal delay, the goods have been confiscated, destroyed, seized or detained etc by the customs authorities
(Any loss caused by the uninsured risks shall not be reimbursed.)
Insurance Claim Deadline: Please make an application within three days after receipt of goods

To report the loss, damage, or missing contents of a parcel, you'll need to fill out the TaobaoSpree Claim Form and send that together with the invoice and pictures to

Insurance charge:
Insurance Fee = Total Fee × 5%
Total Fee = (item cost + domestic shipping + service fee + international shipping)
It depends on clients’ requirement to have the insurance or not.
If there is any damage or lost of the goods with insurance during transport, the purchaser would get 100% compensation for the related insured goods’ damage.
Due to the customs of each country is different, which we can not control, so we are not responsible for the case if the goods were asked tariff or confiscated.
Insurance only apply to express shipping like EMS DHL FEDEX UPS TNT.
Airmail and SAL shipping will take sometimes up to months, too risky during the transmit, we are not able to cover it.
If customer have to choose this airmail/SAL shipment, he/she need to bear all the responsibility.
