EMS shipment delay issue

Dear Friends

Recently we found more and more EMS delay, especially to European and US or any need to transfer via US or European countries like RUSSIA,MEXICO (almost a month or More!)

Main reason due to the bad weather and flight delay and also not enough person to handle in the post office

Pls understand it's the heaviest season in a year, many packages ship beforeChristmas still pending, they have to handle all the pending packages first.

Therefore, we sincerely suggest if you havn't ship out your package, try UPS DHL FEDEX TNT or special line, they are much WAY fater than EMS

P.S 1. for singapore customer, usually takes 3 days reach their house, but recently took about 10 days.. so We suggest to send via special line is better.

2. Pls understand that It's not TaobaoSpree Fault for the package delay. Just the weather and Festival reason cause the delay. Do believe that we would love to delivery to you ASAP if we could.
