Christmas is coming soon.

We are under great pressure that customer wanted items to be sent ASAP and reach you before Christmas

However, EMS is unable to finish this job as we found EMS is slower than before.

EMS is known not fast already and now it's even worse.

Hence, for the normal items customer (non-braned items, like LOLITA items), we suggest you go through HK UPS,HK DHL HK FEDEX HKTNT or special line.(Branded items price higer, details check with Susan)

HK UPS,HK DHL HK FEDEX HKTNT or special line., they are faster and safer to pass the custom. We know some countries custom like Italy and Germany, They are not welcome the EMS packages.So they always make troubles for EMS packages.

~~The price we temporarily set 18% more than the EMS price. Fuel surcharge is 18% of delivery fee which has been included in the delivery price.~~

P.S

1) The price for low density packages will be calculated by volume not by weight. This is the volumetric or dimensional weight.

Calculation: Length cm × Width cm × Height cm / 5000

If the volumetric weight is more than the actual weight, we will inform you to pay for the difference.

2) As we will transfer the package to Hongkong, the updated tracking will shown 1-2 days later after we post out the goods.Hope you can understand
