Canada EMS delayed issue

Dear Canadian Customers,

We've been receiving the report from Canadian customers for the ems delayed so much. So we did a full check one by one from 1st, Jan till now.

Finally We found out all the packages sending to Canada still havn't reach. We had report this problem to our post office, hope can find out what's going on.

However, as it's a pupular problem for Canadian packages, you don't need to worry. Maybe just because the flight for Canada is very limited, and make the delayed. Hope we can get news soon. Meanwhile, kindly suggest any packages ready to Canada, you can choose other courier like DHL or UPS or Fedex. Please inform us which courier is better to you, so we try to quote you the price.

However, as it's near Chinese New Year, the Agent might off earlier, so please hurry up. (deadline is 24-25th for DHL UPS agent working)
